演讲嘉宾（Guest Speaker）：萨穆理副教授 (Prof. Samuli Seppänen)
香港中文大学法律学院副教授
Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
萨穆理副教授拥有哈佛大学法学院的S.J.D.学位，以及赫尔辛基大学的法学本科学位。在哈佛期间，萨穆理曾担任肯尼迪政府学院的教学助理，并担任法学院访问学者及研究员研讨会的协调员。在加入香港中文大学法律学院之前，萨穆理曾在伦敦的一家国际律师事务所工作。他还曾在世界卫生组织东南亚地区区域办公室担任初级专业官员。萨穆理的研究领域为中国的法律和政治思想以及国际法的发展。
Prof. Dr. Samuli Seppänen holds an S.J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and an undergraduate law degree from the University of Helsinki. At Harvard, Samuli served as a teaching fellow at the Kennedy School of Governance and as a coordinator of the Visiting Scholars’ and Researchers’ Colloquium at the law school. Between graduating from Harvard Law School and joining the faculty of law at CUHK, Samuli was an associate with an international law firm in London. He has also worked as a junior professional officer with the World Health Organization’s Regional Office for South East Asia. Samuli’s research focuses on legal and political thought in China and developmental aspects of international law.
